I also don't think it's going to "settle" since you didn't actually change the springs and shocks. If these are still stock than the only thing you changed was the ride height by inserting a spacer and not taller springs and longer control arms like in a suspension lift.

? Does adding a spacer mess with the wheel travel distance and/or open you up to rip out brake lines? Are new bump stops a good idea?

i installed the rc lift and it came out level even though the back should have been a little higher....it also looks like the front end is higher because of how much space is in the front fenders imo....ive heard of 1/4" stackable spacers online but not sure what brand

Its probabally toed in pretty bad right now. After the alignment, it should settle a tiny bit.

If you want a little extra height in the rear, why not just take the 3/4th inch blocks that came with the kit and get a pair of 1" or 1.5" blocks. That would also solve the problem.

Just an update. I did talk to rough country today and they want me to take some pics of it so they can get me fixed up asap. A couple of guys I work with and I took some measurements today at work, and it is about 1" higher in the front than the back. That was measuring from center of rim to the wheel well.

Block = Spacer. We can throw some bigger spacers under the rear coil.
