Default Brake Pedal Noise?

Has anyone had an issue with the brake pedal in the truck making a kind of rubbing or squeaking noise when it is pressed down? I didn't really notice it at first, but now, after a little over 7,000 miles, I am noticing it a lot more. Everything seems to work fine, but its just kind of annoying in the cab.

Thanks in advance.

I'm starting to get it now. I think something needs to be lubed on the brake pedal shaft. Havent crawled under the dash to look at it yet.

I have also noticed the occasional squeak that started around 10,000 miles. Usually have music on and don't hear it so not a big deal yet will probably mention when I am in HVAC recall.

Mines has developed an intermittent click when applying the brakes. Haven't done anything yet to see what is the cause. I'm at 3,800 miles.

Mine was doing it first thing in the morning but would stop as I drove and never did it on my way home from work.

Recently it has completely stopped doing it or I just don't notice it anymore.

ya mine does it to. I pulled the clip of the brake pedal and its not the pedal, its the plunger that goes into the brake booster. Like the other gentlemen said I have the music on so don't hear it that often.

Yes. Mine does it too. Glad i'm not the only one. (Misery loves company!)

I'm at 6k miles and have been noticing it for the past 1k. I'll let the dealership know when I get the first oil change.

Mine is the same, sounds like I'm stepping on a frog, also has a clicking noise.Bringing my truck in next week for HVAC recall, and asked them to look at that as well
