Update on Diablo Tune
#122
I had a carbon fiber intake and a Predator on my 300C SRT8 that I just traded in on my Ram and I loved the difference. Heck, that 6.1 was potent enough without it but with it, it would just shred the tires. Also, I did several trips from Iowa to Texas and averaged 24 mpg (with some of those miles being well over 100 mph... shhhh. Don't tell my wife ) I am looking forward to that programmer coming out.

You answered "HellYeah", is this off the line? What are your intitial thoughts on the 87 and 93 tune? Is there that much of a difference? How is it out of the hole now? I should have my trinity by Monday and Mike at Diablo is emailing me a tune to try first thing Monday. I will provide some feedback as soon as I can.

There were some issues with 4x4's rob which mine isnt. So your tune is fine.
Mike also setup a predator on my truck and even swang by my house to show me how to work it, super cool guy. Right now its running the 87 tune, cause thats what was in the tank. My opinion (coming from a guy that was in the tuner/turbo world, where a nice tune was close to an 80hp increase)...... The tune is great, deff makes more power, truck deff is faster, truck shifts harder/more accurately. Torque kicks in quicker. Its also nice to peg the speedo from a 60 roll in seconds. Going to put some 93 in the tank today and try that tune. Now as far as the take off/holeshot. Its better but not roost go sideways great but usually the guy going straight and hooking is the one winning the race so it kinda works out. Overall, performance is better and the overall driveabillity of the truck is better (more usable power). The tuner is worth its money in my opinion.
