got the ram dynod - results
In probably the worst weather for getting dyod... i got it done today...
The weather was 107 degrees with 9% humitidy.... hell the sensor say it was 118 where the intake was...
anyway
best hp was 326.72 hp and 332.3 tq... this is at the wheels... they took my wheels off and bolted it up to the portable chassis dyno...
he said the type of dyno he was using usually gets more hp than a mustang dyno...
anyway here is the chart... he got different results from revving it up to different revs before punching...
a nice tune will help a lot.....

Hey Doc, where did you dyno at? And yes, the dyno pak hub set-up is more favorable than the mustang dynos.
Oh and what mods did you have on? Thats with the XDI and Borla? What borla set-up is it?

damn man, maybe i should have gone with ya. lol. I know it was a dodge thing, but i t would be sweet to brag about those numbers vs my numbers on a mustang dyno. Mustang dynos are good for tuning purposes, not so much in the bragging rights. Looks good bro!

I'm gonna guess, based on hp calculations based on weight and trap speed, that the advantage of your tires being taken off during the pull is probably roughly offset by the terrible atmospheric conditions. Maybe the heat actually hurt a little more than the reduced rotating weight helped. Based on trap speed and weight, my stone stock truck makes something like 340 at the wheels. I can't imagine yours would be much less under the same conditions.
Great numbers and thank you for taking the time to share them. On a cooler day, perhaps, the 340RWHP looks quite attainable. No wonder these things scoot along so good. Can't wait for a decent programmer, when I get one I will post dyno numbers as well for reference.
