Has any one tried one of these...

Any thoughts on this product, or if it is worth the money...

Only 1 problem the micro switch should be attached to the trottle linkage on the engine since the Hemi is fly by wire there is no linkage

Do not take offense, but that is about the biggest scam and waste of money on the internet for vehicles. There is no way that little fan can supply enough air on a big V-8. If you put that on your truck, there is more chance that you would LOSE power since it would be BLOCKING air going into the engine.

The supercharger and turbocharger products out there that can add 80, 100, 120+ hp to an engine are usually going to cost 4000$+. A turbocharger alone is going to run at least 700$ and that would be for a non ball bearing version. The ball bearing versions start around 1000$ and one big enough for the 5.7L is going to cost around 1500$ or more.

STS makes a turbo kit that is universal. It puts the turbo behind an exhaust manifold. Those types of set ups are known as "remote mount". There is controversy on whether or not remote mount set ups are worth the money, but there are people who use them with great results. Pair an STS kit with a Diablo and you should be able to add 100+ HP to your Hemi.

I built my own remote mount for my previous truck, lots of work but cost less than half of what the sts kit did and I added an intercooler and plumbed it with all stainless Tig welded tubing. If the turbo is sized properly then it is totally worth the money plus the sound of the turbo is amazing. I ran 10 lbs and dyno'd 510whp with a 5.3l

I forgot to add, a turbo Hemi will need a built transmission!
