Bullydog installed
Yes I know you can switch it back to the stock setting however I'm pretty sure they can tell that the computer settings have been tampered with while doing an investigation. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong because I hope I am. I would want to be 100% sure that they couldn't tell before I did this..
Anybody change their tire size with it? I used a tire calculator and 33.3... I used 33.2 in the bully and my speedometer is actually reading faster than I'm really going (compared with the wife's jeep). I've moved it down to 33.0 to hopefully compensate a little. Just wondering.

You are re flashing the computer. Before the truck goes in for service, re flash the computer back to stock. They cannot see that anyone has been into the computer.
eh i doubt it, sales are pretty healthy (as healthy as any full size truck maker anyways), and i see a bunch of them on the road. And they just added a new 4.6 motor to the line up as well as made the newer 5.7 E85 as well. Also talks of a diesel in the near future. Im sure theyre gonna be around for a while.
Do any make the tranny shift different? I always thought that only shift points could be changed. Could a tuner be used for the opposite for total gas mileage lift shift points down instead of up, but I suppose that would cause ping for sure.
