I was looking through his posts though, he says his best 1/8 mile time is an 8.8? I ran in the 8.8-8.9 range all day. I'm not sure how that equates to 12s?

He spun down the whole track and still managed an 8.8. His rear tires hate him lol.

Hey guys,

I am the one they call Gutz..

Name is Franky...

Yeah, I have some crappy tires (My fault) and not to mention too skinny... My biggest problem at the track is obviously traction....Just FYI, not here to talk smack or anything...

I say a bad word on there just FYI....Dead stop to WOT....HORRIBLE traction....

Yeah, you need to get some tires on that bad boy to see what it really does!

I can barely do a burnout in my truck

V8440, did you unplug the ABS? I know you were talking about track prep and hooking up, my truck has no traction issues because of the TM. Lapeer was an ice rink for a lot of the cars Saturday, the R/T wasn't doing much spinning.

My brother emailed me this from the Tundra forum a few weeks ago. That is a sick truck!!! Too bad Dodge doesn't take notice and offer a Mopar supercharger that does not void warranty like TRD has done for Tundra owners.

I agree, it sounds like a good Lightning eater, ha ha! Watching the vid and the speedo, man he got to 80 just like that, holy crap! I can see why his 1/8 mile time is off, if he has to let off the gas and pepper the throttle like that in the middle of his run. I would imagine that he's pulling a close 500hp at the wheels. Some superchargers build up immediately all through the rpms, like a Kenne Bell twin screw, unlike others that build up power as the rpm progresses. Sweet truck, he definately needs to get hooked up, lol! Looks to me like he's pulling super power equally all the way through the rpms , nice!

Welcome to Dodgeforum, we are all truck lovers so there's no need for animosity. That truck is down right SICK, like the instrument cluster too....My question is why drop all the money into the SCharger and not buy some decent tires?

I don't care what that guy unplugs or plugs in, he's pulling some serious horses all through the rpms and needs a good set of street slicks, ha ha! But even so, I'd love to play with that baby on the street, what a freaking blast I could have with that thing! A good set of traction bars, pinion snubber, and some slicks, man he would fly! I'd like to know what kind of supercharger they put on that thing because it sure is set up right.
