Come on now, put some thought in to it.
This is what I would do. I would paint everything I painted in orange in a charcol grey then I would paint the rest of the console black. Then clear coat everything.
That would look sweet with a gey interior and silver truck.

At some point I was thinking of having a very light blue wide stripe on the hood/roof/tailgate. Maybe if I go that route I could consider the same color on the trim.
