so, i ordered a set of weathertech digital fit floor liners for both my 2010 ram sport and my wife's 09 xterra on 12/2, and they are still in pending status. I've emailed their customer svc dept about 4 time to find out what the issue is, and the only response I rec'd was on my 3rd email (last wed) and they said that they are all custom made when you place the order and that mine should have shipped this past friday... well, friday came and went and still no update.

I find it to be a bunch of crap that each set is made when the order is placed and am about to call my cc company and put a stop payment on them.

Anyone else ever run into this issue? I ordered them directly from the weathetech website...

 

Hi there. Although I didn't order the mats, I did just order a set (4) of the Weathertech dark tinted window visors for my 2009 Ram CC. They shipped right away and I received them today. I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem but it may have something to do with the custom mats I'm not sure.

I ordered mine directly from the site also, earlier this year. They took a while to get and when I opened the box, there were 2 right side mats in it. A call to them resolved the issue fairly quickly, they sent a new set right away. One of the new mats was missing their emblem, no big deal to me. Still think they're the best mats out there. I just ordered the rear mat.

 

I ordered mine directly and it took a while. They told me the same thing, that they were custom made to order (more likely they make a couple of them at a time so if you are lucky there is one on the shelf)

They are very nice mats though, worth the wait.

 

I have dealt with them several times and never had any issues. Just give them a call and see what's up.

 

funny thing is that i just got a tracking number about an hour ago... so if anyone else is looking for a set, maybe now is the time to order em.

 

They must of gotten word your truck was shipping...
