My dealer gave me the switch to 4low thing. If that's not resetting it you should probably take it to the dealer.

I've had this issue as well. I ultimately had to take it to the dealer. They said it was the 4 wheel control module or something like that. It was a simple fix though, I had it back the same day. Also, just as an FYI, you don't have to be stopped to switch into 4 wheel lo or hi. You definitely don't have to be in neutral. That's why it's called shift on the fly. If you can't shift into 4hi or 4lo while moving then I would get it looked at.

Did your 4 wheel drive work ok even though it was blinking? Mine does but its like something got screwed up when I accidentally shifted it to 4 wheel low. I drove it to work that day in 4 hi and it was fine. I've never had any trouble with it except one time it got stuck in 4 low. It was the first time I ever put it in 4 low and it was accidental too. This time I never took the truck out of park but something happened. Like I said it works fine but i work nights and that flashing light is pretty annoying. Thanks, Dale

Default 4-low issues

I have a 2009 6.7 dodge 4x4 2500 , my 4 wheel drive selector switch will go into high but when I try 4 wheel low it just blinks? I bought a new shift motor
and it still blinks, I tried neutral then selecting 4 wheel low no go still blinks, could it be the could it be the dash selector switch?

More likely the t-case control module. Switches are pretty reliable. Besides, you push the button, and something DOES happen, so the button is telling the controller something at least, it just isn't doing what you want. No idea if there is a way to reset the system.
