Default AutoStick downshift to 5 works perfect

AutoShift on 5 is all you need to do, then you are able to use 6th gear or ECO mode if truck is not being push with a need for more fuel. Eco mode is good for highway driving. May save a few bucks. I upgraded cold air and muffler seemed to help with eco mode a little, I like having control of V8 to V4. The original post is correct, there is a little vibration in the pedal, what you can expect with a V4 pulling a 5000 lb vehicle, the hemi MDS system is built to handle it. Don't sweat it, this truck is the best Ram I have owned in the last 30 years. Good Luck, stay away from changing computer etc.

Mine would vibrate with MDS engaged also. I complained and they gave me a flash for "MDS drivablility issues" the truck was better, not perfect but better for about a week or two. Then the vibrations came back. I disabled it with my Superchips Cortex and it is super smooth and the power is instant. I only saw about .5-1 mpg decrease and I couldn't be happier.
