Has anyone put an EZ Down tailgate damper on their 4th generation yet? If so which model # did you use?

I got the one from the dealer, the small ram goes next to the cable. It is really only up to 08 but they sold it to me and it worked, first one broke but I think I possibly over or under tighten the bolt on the bottom. Now the second one is on there and it is working fine so far, almost a year???? Helps alot since I a paraplegic and I wore it once that was enough.

 

I put one on my 09 qc and it works great. I love it. Easy to install and well worth the money. I bought them for both my dad's trucks and they work great for him considering he needs both his shoulders replaced.
