we Canadians don't get lifetime warranty on Chrysler products, power train warranty here is 5 years or 100,000 km (62,000 miles) Not sure why kinda makes me feel like a second class citizen.

Ya it made me feel that way too so I got the extended for an extra year LOL I won't even have this thing, I have a feel a Challenger will be in the future.
By the way that ended in 09 for the Americans also. They still get better deals on almost everything and the dollar is not that far apart. That does get taken advantage of.

do you have the "Lemon" laws there that we do in the lower 48? If so think I'd be using them right now. Best of luck.

X2! If you have lemon laws in Canada, research them and get a lawyer. You sound like you have a legitimate case.

We have some Arbitration thing you can go thru in Canada. It our version of the lemon law, don't know what the working are but I do know that a friend had a Dakota R/T and in one year it looked like 10 years old, broken rims he was abusive to this truck. Well he found out that they had miss labelled the load capacity by I think 200 lbs. meaning it could hold 200 less and tow less also. So he complained to this Arbitration deal and they bought his truck back now he says they gave him full price but I don't believe him because an insurance co would total it.Not a panel without damage some extensive dents. Checked the oil for fun 2 quarts low and he sent it to them like that another reason I don't believe him. I can see them subtracting for damage. How much for 4 of those nice Chrome ones I had those I was told 1150 a piece plus tire.
Hemi mike did you buy an extended warranty by chance? Check it if you did, mine mentions a loaner car.
