I bet the lemon law doesn't just pay off the next day. We can't just sue here in Canada just out the blue we have to go thru an arbitration process first even if you are suing for injury whatever, it's protocol. It's a method to try to keep the court system from getting too far behind that they have to let people go that have not even be through the process yet, and it helps to try to keep insurance prices down. Weeds out the BS cases also, because most won't want to go thru the whole process if they think they might be wasting their time.

Never knew canada merged with the US, just come to florida and spend your money and drive slow like all the other canucks, well treat ya like citizens especially when you drive through the wrong neighborhoods.

I think I will keep my money here from now on. Seems to be the trend. Everyone keeping their money and not spend abroad. If we were all smart when we see anything other than Canada or US selling it should be just looked over. I am guilty of purchasing overseas but I am through with that. Too long to get low quality products.
Hemimike, this is the second short block is it not? and nothing is wrong with the heads or anything like that? I personally think they should take your truck to the factory and install a complete new engine. Not sure you want the 2010 though you had a n 09 right. The 2010 has some new fuel cutoff deal when you are slowing down, I think it is what everyone is calling their vehicle downshifting as soon as they let off the gas. I would be sure to get an 09 engine unless you prefer the 2010. In that case they will have to change a lot more, probably why they are just doing a short block. But why does it keep going? Gotta be something up top causing it.
