Default Remote Start/Comfort Control Question

Question for those with remote start and comfort control system:
Does your "Delay" (fan speed delay) work when you remote start the truck? Or, does your fan blow ice cold air full blast as soon as it remote starts?
I'm relatively sure a delay function was working on my truck but now it doesn't. Of coarse Dodge is telling me it's normal so i thought I would poll you guys.
Thanks

It will turn the blower on full blast when remote started when cold out. If its cold enough it will turn the seat, steering warmer and defrost on as well. Turn the key on then the 'delay' will come on and the blower motor will go to low until it warms up enough, then the blower speeds back up and 'delay' turn off.

At least thats how it works on mine.

thx kpevin, that's how mine works also but i have had at least one other person say that his delay works when remote started.
you can't turn the Comfort Control System off either. if you attempt to uncheck it in the EVIC, it turns back on when you restart the truck.

Doesnt it only work if you have the heated and ventilated seats?

(heated seats/steering wheel, no ventilated seats)
it's starting to look like this IS how the truck is designed to function. oh well, maybe one of the tuners will add that functionality into their program (hint, hint). this bugs me enough to pony up for one if it will accommodate my needs.
