There is no way way in hell those times are accurate. i have ran my truck at the 1/8 mile about a hundred times and to run a 9.27 you must cut a 2.0-2.1 60 ft. With a 2.4 60ft your in the 9.6-9.8 range. I run a consistent 9.30 with a 2.1 60ft. I actually won king of the street (bracket race challenge) dialing in at a 9.3 and letting the truck shift itself

This is my truck. It's a 4x4 Quad Cab with 3.55's and 20's. It squeals a little bit everytime I punch it. My other video is me doing a burnout. I just turn the esp off and hold down the brake and the gas and let it burn.

If you're referring to the T&D logging screen shot, it's pretty accurate. When you increase HP/TQ with the tune, better times can and will happen.

I have a diablo, intake, exhaust and throw down more hp than what your graph shows (I know all dyno's are diff) but my point is that a 2.4 60ft will never give you a 9.27 1/8 mile outcome. Its just impossible

They do not advertise 41 hp / 38 tq (see dyno sheet Scott posted) for their Hemi tuning. Duane ran those times, if you don't believe them that's up to you.

[QUOTE=94rt10ohio;2050929]That is TM. They said we will have more control over that shortly.

How do you launch?

1. Apply brake
2. Put RPMs between 2 and 3K (depending on road temp/conditions)
3. Release brake and put the hammer down.

Believe it or not, I launch WITHOUT running up against the torque converter.
I just hammer it off idle, I don't know why but it revs up faster that way and use tow/haul mode. I have not done any manual shifting yet, there are those who seem to get better results that way but for now I let the tranny do all the thinking. I am looking at buying the new K&N CAI this weekend but we are getting 3-7 inches of snow so those results may have to wait a tad.

The stock HP/TQ on the 2009+ trucks is amazing. Add a tuner and wow! There have been some real impressive videos posted in this thread.

I see that a few guys have asked what Superchips programming will do for the overall driving experience on the 87 tune but there have not really been any answers. I have been very interested in this also as I don't care to race really but just would like to know about what the 87 can do for normal driveability?

Anyone?

Thanks.

i was going to do some runs and check the times, but it wont do me much good now. got my truck in getting the new lift, rims, and tires put on. pretty sure that will kill some of the power and times. oh well. i guess that's the cost of looking pimp! lol

I am sure that no one is lying here but all I am saying is that "mickey mouse" time slip that the tuner shows is dead wrong. A 2.49 60ft would never ever ever result in a 9.2 1/8 mile pass. Bet the house on that
