Ha, I just got the same thing for my Cortex today
. I called Superchips and they sent me a update. It didn't work either. They said they should have something else for me to try by noon tommarow, we'll see. I'm kinda bummed since I can't wait to put my tune in.
What error code did the programmer give you?

This is turning out to be a load of crap. They sent me another update (without even telling me) I got impatient and just checked to see. It didn't work either. I'm starting to get pissed.
I get general error G-E0 and when I try to do it again, I the thing locks up and says general database error 3 G-6F.
You buy a tuner for 300+ and when it comes it doesn't work, and then you have to wait forever for another update only to find out it doesn't work either. Agggghhhhhh

Damn, Ron @ SC got back with me on their forum, still not done, said they were close and that I'd have it by WEDNESDAY for sure. I'd rather have it right than quick, but this is a little bit longer than a 48 hour turnaround.
