Also, can you list the sequence of parts removal? It looks like you had to remove the shifter **** and the shifter gate assembly to get the chrome bezel off and then reinstalled the gate.
Will paypal some $$$ to you for complete details and multiple close up photos. Odds are others would do the same.

You can get it from the dealer or online or even at a stained glass store its a nylon tool called a Fid or in auto terms I don't know other than I used to use it for millions of things in the plant from finishing installing trim. Why an answer like that if you don't know what it is? Goes Nowhere Does Nothing....you are dealing with another Canadian but I guess the BC ones smoke better pot? So do you know or does anyone else know? How about an edumicated guess. (better clarify I know how the spelled educated)
