Ok everyone take a deep breath and calm down. Both sides have clearly stated their positions here, the OP had a little fun and wanted to talk about it, as others have pointed out street racing is generally not a good idea and is illegal. There's not much more to be said on that issue as neither side is going to budge. All you're doing now is beating a dead horse and turning this thread into a flame war, either play nice or the thread will be locked.

Fully Forged LS7 427ci with ECS Novi 2000 : 812rwhp/720rwtq, that means you must be making 1000 hp at the crank, Holy ****! So where the heck do you drive your wicked fast super vette, Nuremberg or the Autobahn. One could argue that it is absurd to drive a 1000hp, 3000lbs vette on a public road. No disrespect (I love vettes), but I find it hard to believe you never drove your 1000hp vette over the speed limit, sounds to me like you have seen some serious triple digits on the road. Anyway, opinions are like butt holes, everyone has one. I'll keep mine and you keep yours, enjoy your vette, sounds like a bad *** ride.
I can see you've never experienced 1000HP car. I have one. The car will go sideway's at triple digit speeds with 345 Drag Radials on the highway. If you even think about playing with that power on the street is suicide. 'With great power comes great responsibility'.
I keep playing with my car at the race track, where risk to innocent people managed like an adult.

But we are not talking about a 1000 hp hemi, I am not going to the track just so I can floor my car and do 75 mph on a highway. All the op wanted to do is share a small story with us. By the way you just admitted that you car will go sideways at triple digit speeds on the highway , care to elaborate?

He was stating a fact that his car will go sideways at triple digit speeds on the highway, how else would you know that unless it was actually done. C'mon guy wake up you know he tetsed it on the highway, but it's ok. He is just human.

Looks like were back in the school yard playing in the sandbox.

Lets just agree the guy has a right to tell his story, if you don't agree with it go to the next thread.

Agreed. That's all he wanted to do from the beginning.
