Well, I gotta say as long as you get the lifetime warranty on the drivetrain that was available in 09...last year for it, should be transferable if not, just go order a new one you can get one for the same or dang close March is truck month.

 

The 09 factory Lifetime warranty is not transferable.

If the 09 was never titled out of the dealer/manufacturer, I would make sure they convey lifetime warranty if you buy it, otherwise go buy new.
