Seen one of these?
Thats a new one to me. I looked it up and apparently dodge continued the Ramcharger line after '93, but only in Mexico. Ugly little mongrel ain't it?

I hear ya, when they changed the Durango I was so glad I grabbed a 2003 R/T which I thought would hold value since it was and R/T and last model year for that style...wrong i long my **** on that one. But those RamCharger are only in Mexico I was told. You are not even supposed to be able to import them for some reason. Back when the pickups first came out with the new style is when those came out well actually I am not sure the exact year . I was told this stuff by a plant manager we had once.
Sorry didn't see the info up there that was posted already about Mexico.

In 1999, Ramcharger was produced in Mexico based on the 2nd Gen Ram pickup & Dodge Durango. It was not marketed for the U.S., however, and the model never enjoyed the sales of the first generation Ramcharger. Powered by a 360 & discontinued around 2004. One of the most interesting features of this generation was a small folding seat in the cargo area, facing sideways, not a full-sized seat, making it uncomfortable for long trips. The rear hatch door was borrowed from 1996-2000 model Dodge Caravan. The Mexican-market Ramcharger was probably not marketed in the U.S.because the SUV market was favoring 4 or 5-door SUVs as opposed to 2-doors. Also, DaimlerChrysler already had two successful mid-sized SUVs (Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango). Two-door SUV sales have been declining, to which GM ended production of its 2-door Tahoe and Yukon, and Ford discontinued the long-running Ford Bronco around the same time (available as a 2-door only), replacing it with the 4-door only Ford Expedition. Additionally, it was rumored that the new Ramcharger model was not able to meet strict U.S. emission standards. Also having been based on the larger, full-size Ram platform the third generation hurt Chrysler's CAFE rating (of even the light trucks) to the point where it was uneconomical to offer it for sale in the United States.
