Dealership issue, being a baby or Valid point.
Mine is always looking like it just got detailed when I go in, then they seem to have more respect and under the hood is better than new thanks to my wife. When I go for an oil change I just stay in the truck since I am para...much easier besides good excuse to keep an eye on them. They always say...sweet truck. so clean, then you see them wiping things under the hood with a rag, its funny.
I hate leaving it, I always demand a walk around with a Service person and they give me a note that we went around and there are no dents scratches etc. They don't mind. I have even taken pictures off it in the service bay, picturres are dated. Love my truck hard to trust any dealer.

Dealership update!!!!
The dealership has finally satified my due bill, fixed the scrathes and refilled my gas tank. I have a new batch of issues with my truck. The DVD player was installed improperly by the dealership authorized installer. The battery has been replaced twice in the last two weeks. If the truck sits longer than 2 days the battery dies. The dealership took it back and of course the installer said it wasnt the DVD player. The dealerdhip found a 3mv draw after searching for 2.5 weeks. Now they are saying it's the factory NAV head unit...so they will have my truck for 2 more days.
The truck is having extensive electrical issues (been in the shop 12 days still now resolution). and there isnt a panel on this truck that doesnt have a major paint defect.
What are my chances of getting Chrysler to buy this truck back if the new radio doesnt fix the issue?

Give it a shot or it might be time to get a lemon law attorney.
While I do feel your pain and the dealership did thoroughly screw up by driving your truck when you told them not to, scratching it, and improperly installing things, you also made a few mistakes.
First off, never have anything installed until well after your break in period. It's best to assume that all techs will drive your truck hard (I'm not saying all of them do, but always assume the worst and you won't get any surprises). If your break in is done at least it won't due significant harm to your vehicle. Yeah, being driven hard isn't great, but it's much better than being driven hard while it's getting broken in.
Second, unless the modifications are related and it saves you money by having them done at the same time, try to do modifications in small stages. That way, if something goes wrong, it's simpler to deal with. It's easy to go back in and have them "fix that scratch" than to go in and tell them "fix the scratch, put gas in, put the right bed liner in, install my DVD player properly, etc etc."
I'm not saying you did ANYTHING wrong, cause the point of paying for service is that they should take care of you since you are taking car of them with your money, but those are just small steps that help in the long run because stuff happens. These guys get paid 15 bucks an hour to work on trucks/cars, some (most) of which are much nicer than the ones they drive themselves.

The dealer screwed up, techs have no right to drive your vehicle in any way other than proper, and when you have service provided it should be provided as stated. You made no mistakes, just had murphy and crappy service hit you at once. I would go up the chain, make some noise, and try to get a swap of vehicle to another like vehicle since this was is haunted and they have screwed it and whatever value it had coming of the lot, and now you have to worry about the dam thing catching fire.

OK - I give up. Why would you cancel a family outing due to a backordered radio?
I would probably have to assume that since the dealer is saying the Nav Unit is causing the electrical issues, that they probably have taken it apart and are awaiting the new backordered Nav Unit. The truck is probably sitting in the shop and since the electrical issues are still present the OP doesn't have a vehicle to get to their destination, therefore having to cancel the trip.

Close, I cant fit a quad in the back of my wife's Aspen or my rental mini-van...lol.
Either one would pull a quad on a trailer - if the dealership won't give you a loaner truck then have them reimburse you for a utility trailer rental.
