Is there a better air bag than the ones firestone is offering ?

My truck is a work truck and has a 100 gl tank in the rear,, 800 lbs? plus a lot of other equipment.I will take all this out of course to haul my trailer. . I dont think I will need those air bags, but I have thought about installing them,..

Well I am going by what the salesman told me, I would trust him when I had my durango he would not sell me a trailer that was actually 500 under the weight is was registered for.

One year later I can provide an update based on my own experiences. I look back now and it's kind of funny to read my concerns. Bottom line is that the Ram tows this trailer just fine. The only mod that I ended up doing was adding a Timbren suspension kit which helped with rear end sag tremendously. The truck is awesome and I have put it to the test towing the 5er over the mountains of Southern Vermont and the Adirondacks in NY. While it may have been better to have a 3/4 ton truck for me this truck has done everything that I have asked it to do without a single problem. I highly recommend the Timbren's though. I towed without once and that was enough.
