bed size didnt matter to me since i have a trailer to haul either of my atv's or my motorcycle.....my honda rubicon fit with the tailgate closed with not a lot room in my f250 with 8' bed

Here is what I have done to haul in the bed as posted previously and I have never had problems as far as stone chips from the road have put approx. 10,000km or 6000miles on the truck with this setup and the 800 Touring or my 850XP I bought last fall. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/4th-gen...short-bed.html

 

heck i like that setup, better to set the ramps on that then on the tailgate....ive ruined a tailgate from those ramps when i had my ranger and a dirtbike

i hate putting anything in the bed anyways, especially riding a big 4wheeler into the back

my trailer does just fine....
