I don't know what the exact criteria is but not all are affected. I'm thinking it said "some" built before August 09 (off the top of my head). I guess the key word is "some"? I saw all the RRTs for my truck in person on the computer and this was not one of them that was listed.

RRT's yes they automatically fix them but the fix for the Fuel Saver is a TSB means they fix it only if the customer complains.
