Received a check today for Dodge they paid my truck off, my truck was lemoned. Just wanted to say thanks to you all of the great advise. After having the regional manager called me the "worst customer" he'd ever dealt with, I have decided to jump ship and purchase a different brand after owning 7 NEW Dodge/Chyrsler/Jeep vehicles since 2001 and 4 since 2008.

Looking back at your posts to see what this was all about, I'm guessing that Dodge and your dealer arn't really sorry that you will be shopping elsewhere.

Calm down everyone.... Dodge would not have bought it back due to a pissy customer, it must have had legit issues and if you paid all that money and had those legit issues you would be pissy as well.

 

Wow, it is easy to own 4 vehicles in 3 years. I had a 2003 Durango traded it for a 08 Sebring...got totalled 2 months later got a 08 Charger traded it for the 09RAM and we also have a 08 Avenger cuz we have too many drivers here and I was not a pissy customer, but not loyal either all vehicles were purchased at different dealerships and I go to same one for service. They don't care not much money made in a sale to an employee or retiree.

 

 

Thanks 72COMBO for injecting some reality into the thread...after being a loyal Dodge customer for 9 years I was hoping for better customer service from the dealership I bought 3 vehicles from since 2009.

I always traded up to a better model. Don't hate because some folks have the means to change vehicles every 18-24 months, without losing their a$$es...lol.

2008 SXT 1500, traded the wifes 2006 durango limited for a 2008 Chrysler Aspen limited, traded my 08 for a 2009 1500 Ram SLT, and traded that for a 2010 1500 Ram Laramie...how does that make me an unhappy customer?

I traded the 2009 because I wanted a Laramie originally, but the dealership didnt have one at the time.

 

I also buy alot of vehicles all Chrysler but after everything I have went thru with this truck I won't be buying anymore.I wish we had the lemon law in Canada we have nothing here to protect the consumer.
