if you are referring to the Exhaust manifold bolts then no, it does not require all 2009s to be replaced. they probably found out they had a bad batch of bolts that were used during a given production date maybe evan at a given facility.
my bolts were replaced. build date 12/08, Fenton, MO

I think it is all because they have to ration them between rrt and actual production. I think they are catching up because it was supposed to be 2 weeks before I get my last bolt yes they have been getting one at a time for 2 months, was in getting the weeping seal changed and voila the 4th bolt came in and they werent busy and my wife has patience unlike me, I get wound up easy, so they changed them for her. She went around the dealership selling candles and spices to everyone so she made some money while there.

which "this" are you referring to? you will very seldom find that an RRT pertaining to all trucks of a given year.
