Try a couple plastic wire ties around the connection seems to be a bit on the loose side.

Bought the Lock Pick V3 on ebay. Installed it on my 2010 Ram Laramie (just plugged it in according to directions) and everything works as it should and no features were lost. Satellite radio, rear camera, sound, dvd in motion, nav input in motion, bluetooth, uconnect, etc all worked fine (I mainly wanted the dvd & nav input while in motion). My only gripe is that the lockpick harness which connects to the factory radio plug falls out easily and does not "lock" or "clip" into place as it does on other connectors. I used 2 zip-ties, one on either side and this fixed the issue (still needs to be addressed by the company). Overall very happy with the lock pick though and would recommend it to others.

I thought it was a pretty simple install. I am very meticulous though so what for anyonel else would have been 10 minutes took me an hour. The cables all fit right behind the radio and I used a small piece of 3m double sided tape to secure the lockpick to the back panel behind the radio bezel so it won't jiggle.

That is the problem I am meticulous too what did you do with all that wire they give you and where did you bring you wires into the cab at any pics Pm me so you can send good pics instead of the shrunk down ones you can still post them but they are too small for my old eyes. I have the camera installed in the back took me 3 door handles cuz I am stupid. Have to installl the front camera still. then run those wires and then I will be cool. Once the wires are in the truck it gets easy. But I am in the process now of changing to an RER radio so.... I might wait a bit longer. I just need to find a new screen and I am good to go.

Well I have the RER radio and have the rear camera from the factory so I did not run any wiring whatsoever. (Having a front camera was not something I cared for, I just wanted video in motion and to unlock nav input while in motion.) You can find detailed instructions with photos on radio removal HERE I recommend buying some blue painters tape and taping around the corners of the bezels so as not to scratch them when removing. Once removed, everything was plug and play for me however watch that lockpick harness connection as mine was loose and required a zip tie on both sides to keep it snug.
