on the trucks with no console there are 2 12v plugs. 1 on the left side of the cup holders and 1 on the right side (small white things)

If you don't have a center console (bench seat with column shift) there is a lighter socket on each side of the flip down console.

Apparently NOONE READS these days!?!?!?! Read my first post! "NOTHING works in the left outlet" - as in NOTHING works... so for an FYI that cell charger (and my toughbook charger, nav and inverter for that matter) ALL work FINE in the right outlet...

Left one is on its own 20 amp fuse - I know since I just burned it out when my garmin cord shorted out. Might want to try another 12V device in that socket and see if it works.
When you pulled the dash apart did you stick a volt meter on it? If you don't own one you're kind of wasting your time trying to track down electrical issues.

HOLY CRAP! So brzelt you are a freakin' genious!!!!!!! Sure as hell that fuse was blown! I replaced it and vwala! Perfecto!
So with that being said, either I missed it entirely when testing them or my father in laws fuse tester is broken (Probably I missed it).

I have the same issue
I also have he left cig lighter in my truck like you I checked all the fuses and even got inside my dash and made sure everything was hooked up and not somehow gotten knocked loose but it's not just my cig lighter out my left turn signal is out I replaced the bulb and still it says it's out and does not work so I figure mabey I got te luck of the draw and got a difective bulb so went and got another still no turn signal I am really disappointed in dodge I'm 36 and I have alwayse owned a dodge actually I've never owned Any other car than dodge but it feels time to throw in the towel
