Default Left cigarette lighter not working 2010 RAM 1500

So I was just driving down the highway to the Indiana Dunes on Saturday, minding my own and I had my cell plugged into the left cig lighter as I was using the NAV on it which EATS battery.

I hear my truck go "ding" but I have plenty of fuel and nothing else lit on my instrument cluster. I got to the dunes finding my cell almost dead and upon further inspection I find that the light on the charger isn't on. I tried the other socket (on the right which is the "always on" one) and it works fine. The right one also charges my toughbook no problem, but NOTHING works in the left outlet (which has to have the key ON in order to work).

I pulled EVERY SINGLE SMALL FUSE and physically checked it with a fuse tester to make sure I didn't simply blow a fuse. All the fuses are fine.

I also pulled the cig lighter out and made sure that the wire didn't just come loose from the back side - that is all in tact as well.

What gives?!?!?!

Thank you SOOOOOOOOO MUCH in advance for any knowledge on this matter!

Annoying that it might be to return the truck to the dealer, this should be HIS job at this point in time.

Warranty.

I had the lighter go out in my console but it was a blown fuse. I know you said you checked the fuses but maybe check again.

What is the 'left' cig lighter outlet? I only have one in the dash and it is in the center console in the tray near the shifter. I have another inside the console, of course. But nothing that would be considered 'left' and 'right'.

is there a fuse in the cell phone charger? sometimes the end cap unscrews to reveal a fuse.

Left one is on its own 20 amp fuse - I know since I just burned it out when my garmin cord shorted out. Might want to try another 12V device in that socket and see if it works.

When you pulled the dash apart did you stick a volt meter on it? If you don't own one you're kind of wasting your time trying to track down electrical issues.
