Check out WWW.SUPERBEE.CA . Located in Alberta, should be able to get what you want. Not sure on pricing though, but my initial looks seemed ok. I just ran into the guy last week out camping.

I had my leveling kit installed at the dealer, they said no warranty issues. Dealer installed OEM part.

As for exhaust, I had a shop pull of everything from the cat back, they put on a SI/DO Flo~Pro muffler and dual pipes. Sounds great, I have had quite a few compliments. Nothing nasty, just made it sound like a muscle car should.

It was right around 400 out the door.... no fancy tips. I still haven't decided what I want to do there yet.

I have the rambox also and went with the Bakflip F1. It sits flush, very nice looking cover IMO, and it folds up fwd towards the cab and out of the way. I like this the most, because we are already short on bed space.

you can buy the covers and have them/or paint them youself or just paint/powder coat your rims.

Ya those rims you could paint easily, get a chrome black powder coating if they can do that.

Undercover makes a nice black bed cover. Had one on my F150 for over 6 years and just put one on this truck. No water whatsoever in bed with it.
