I use a spray-on liner product called "Reflex". It's has more of a rough finish like the Line-X. I've used this in work trucks for ~10 years. Very tough product. I have often have cowboy-types working for me that simply heave stuff like fence posts, barbed wire, cut steel, compressors, toolboxes, etc into the beds without looking. I've yet to experience a cut or a scrape in the product that went all the way to bed metal. Cost for my new 2010 Ram 1500 Crew was $370 under the rails.

I have Line-x and love it. I got lucky and the dealer threw it in for my deal so since they were payin I went with the most expensive and got the Line-x "xtra" color matched to the truck and am soo glad I did. The city I work for had Rhino put in some of their trucks and I was not impressed at how it looked after a very short time period. The Line-x is more uniform looking. Just my 2 pennies.

Default I've got the Line-X

Love it... good stuff - lasts long time.

Paid $425 for it at the dealer in SC (I live in NC) - same price as my local guy (45 mins away from me).

So - I paid the same and didn't have to spend the $$ on deisel to travel 45 mins.

Also have the Bakflip F1 cover. It's leaking a little - but I've got to square the rails ad that should fix it. Cover works great as well...

Have you ever looked into speedliner? I dont know if it is available in the states but we apply it in trucks in our shop here in northern alberta and the box is sanded down with 80 grit and then primed and then the speedliner is sprayed on cold whereas line x is sprayed on hot which makes it more fragile. the speedliner has more of a durable rubbery type texture. its really nice doesnt scratch anything and is very very durable.

I have Rhino. It is the first spray in I have had, much better than the bed liner, would never go back.
A piece of advice. Check out the company that does the work. My truck had 37 km or 22 miles on the truck. To put it politely I would love to have sent them to a proctologist convention to be used as a test subject. My truck had to go to the auto body shop after they set their scuffing tool (must have been spinning) on the top of the cab, but they managed to scuff up the rear pillar in the process of reaching the cab. If you live in Ontario, near Kitchener, PM me, I will tell you who to avoid.

I have had two different RAM trucks, and I have had one with a "Life Liner" and one with a Rhino Liner. Both linings are very tough and I prefer spray in over drop in bed liners any day. I attached pictures of both for comparison.

I've had both liners - Rhino and Line-X, as mentioned earlier the Rhino is easier on the knees and cargo does not slide around like in the Line-X. I was proponent for Rhino until I saw some work they did on some of the city trucks of the inspectors I was dealing with. Not knocking the Rhino product, but check with the installer and see any of the work they have done. The Rhino liner on my truck looked real uniform, but the ones on the city trucks were a mess - it looked like someone had just taken the liner and just splattered it all over the bed real unevenly. All the Line-X liners I've had and have seen have all been very uniform looking.

Either is a good product, I guess it just depends on who installs it.
