Default They have given up and now calling it as per design

Now I have both the MDS droan AND a differenital whine that Dodge said isnt right on first inspect but once they figured it wasnt fixable they reverted to its "As Per Design" for both problems. Now As Per Design would mean, by definition, that all trucks would have the condition, have it from Day 1, and all vehicles would have it to the same degree. Both my MDS and and differential whine were Not present from day 1, developed later, and others dont have it at all, and others that do have it not to the same degree as mine. Really? As per design?

Update: Yea, it really bothers me that they can hide under that "As per design" stance. If that were these case we would all have it, have it from day 1, and all to the same degree. Just doesnt make sense and, as a little man in the world, take offense to them handling it like this. So of course I have challenged them on every front. And a recent BBB complaint letter I got makes it pretty clear they consider it Normal and will only help if there are complete Failures. When I raise the fact that my issues were not present during test drives, didnt begin until about 3K in, not all owners have the problem, and those that do suffer it to different degrees, tells me its not As Per Design by definition. Anyway, see their response letter here:
