Uconnect problem

According to www.hothardware.com, the Chronic Dev Team has just released greenpois0n untethered jailbreak for IOS 4.2.1 Unfortunately, Apple just released 4.3 beta last week and are rumored to be coming out with the 4.3 certified version any day...so much for the jailbreak!

Uconnect and iPhone
Talked to uconnect customer support and was told it will not work with an OS 4.0 or newer. I have a 430n radio in a 2011 dodge ram 1500.
Went ti service center today and they said firmware update will be available in two weeks. This should fix problems with the newer software on the iPhones .

There is no such thing as an Apple chip. Pure B as in B, S as in S. If you have a RER code MyGig go the the Unofficial MyGig website. Once there download version 2.402 of the software for your MyGig and burn it to a CD. Load it in your MyGig and let it update. Your iPhone will work fine. Well, not really. iPhones are awful for making a phone call, great for apps and texting, but I digress. But you will be able to use your technical appendage with your uConnect system.

Click here for the MYGIG forum. Just a word of caution. There are many versions of the MYGIG system. The "RER" is the system that the others are referring to updating from the referenced forum, via a download, CD burn and firmware upload.
Many of the 2011 systems are not the RER, they are the "RHB" version (See image below) and are not yet, to my knowledge, upgradable, except via a dealer.
My RHB system works via UCONNECT, however the IPOD connector in the glove box, and the streaming functions are not working with either of my iPhone4s.

Updater:
Started having problems with Mygig recognizing my iPhone 4 about 4 weeks ago. Started looking for solution. Checked out the Mygig site for latest software, but didn't trust myself to burn & install the latest. They claimed ver. 2.402 fixed the problems of my Mygig RER not recognizing the phone and/or dropping the call after trying to place it. My phone has the latest iOS updates BTW.
Got info about TSB for the newest (2.402) software so I headed for the dealer.
Dealer installed the update - NO difference! Mygig software still hasn't been coded for iPhone 4. Just sayin'
