Uconnect problem
Updater:
Started having problems with Mygig recognizing my iPhone 4 about 4 weeks ago. Started looking for solution. Checked out the Mygig site for latest software, but didn't trust myself to burn & install the latest. They claimed ver. 2.402 fixed the problems of my Mygig RER not recognizing the phone and/or dropping the call after trying to place it. My phone has the latest iOS updates BTW.
Got info about TSB for the newest (2.402) software so I headed for the dealer.
Dealer installed the update - NO difference! Mygig software still hasn't been coded for iPhone 4. Just sayin'

Do you have your iphone 4 updated to the latest update?
When my iphone sync'd to apple it told me that there was a new update for the iphone 4 and I downloaded it,so maybe try that first.
I have no more problems with my iphone connecting with uconnect or dropped calls.
Can you provide a link to this forum please? Can't find it.
I guess I should have been more specific. Anybody have a link to a mygig forum that wasn't last posted to in August of 2010 nor one that has only 37 posts total? Thanks!

On a serious note, I just called my dealership about getting a software upgrade on my radio, as that is what the chrysler owner's page suggests.
The dealership informed me that it could cost $95 for the update as it would be considered an "upgrade." He wouldn't know until he "hooked up to the vehicle."
Has anybody else had to pay for a software update and how much did you pay? Or is this complete horse pucky like I think it is.

Rob, thanks! This Google thing is amazing! It's like Yahoo, but good. And it does it automatically. It's the first result.

Not sure what you're talking about, but the mofv.com MyGIG site is the definitive place for MyGIG stuff. It has thousands of posts and is currently active. Did you not click on the first result?? Try this then: http://mofv.com/mygig. Then click on 'Forum' in the upper left. This isn't that hard. Really.

Ahh, you really did mean the first link. That's totally my bad. I think I am so used to banner ads being put their by Google that I don't even look at the first link in search results. I went straight to the second one by accident.
Thank you for the link, and sorry for the snarkiness.
