Firestone air bags leaking...not sure why?

Here is the correspondence from Firestone re: their coil-rite airbags:
"We are going to send this guy a Coilrite/Workrite combo kit as soon as we can figure out how to get it out of our warehouse
The Coilrite application for that truck just could not take the abuse that guys give it so they have dropped that kit alone and will only offer the combo kit for the future
I will try to let you know when it goes but please let the guy know we are trying to get it handled"
