Find the Fuse
Just a note:
The "factory installed" remote starter does not need to be disabled, You only need to pull the fuse on an "Aftermarket" remote starter. (They are sometimes wired into the same power source the programmer uses so we recomend pulling as a precaution)

I lived off Freedom Road in Cranberry Twp. for two years about 15 years ago...that place has exploded in the last decade. I live in McCandless and I thought McKnight road was a bastard, but Route 228 is worse,

I did a google search a while back and found the istall instructions for the factory remote start. It is wired up under the fuse panel under the hood. The instructions give you a step by step for the install of the remote start.
Thanks to all. I'm sure I'll be back with more questions. Like what settings are best for improved gas milege, using this Hypertech Max Energy programmer, instead of "hit and Miss trials!
