I got my 09 Crew Cab one year ago with 17000 kms on her. She now has 23500kms. So 6500kms in a year. I live 1km from work and always take my 96 Corolla. Partly because I don't want my new truck damaged in the parking lot, and partly because my wife claimed the truck as hers and refuses to drive the car!

 

Well I took it into the dealer for an oil change today and mentioned the surging. They called to tell me it's ready and that they "flashed my computer." My guess is they tweaked my fuel injection profile similar to what I've done with motorcycles for the same issue.
