I was dating a girl about two years ago with a Ford Escape. She slammed her front driver's door and the driver's side rear window blew out (it was also down half way). This was about a six month old vehicle with about 11k miles on it and the dealer wouldn't fix it. She called her insurance company (Geico I think it was) and found she had full auto glass. They sent a company to her place of work and replaced it in the parking lot while she worked.
I can't remember if she had to pay anything or not, seems if she did, it was only a $100 deductable...

You need to talk to RAM district service manager. Start with dealer service manager. Over the years I've seen and been told of glasses coming apart. On many different models and manufactures. It can and does happen. If they broke as described heat or not it should be warranty repairs.

Really you must have a suck **** dealer. Move on to a different one, you are not required to use the dealer you purchased from. My dealer thinks I bought mine there, I am sure if they were to look they would find out I didn't but they appreciate the fact that I go there for service. You won't get good service from your dealer if you don't get regular maintenance at least and warranty items done there.

It's probably cheap imported glass. I would expect the glass to shatter when closing the door if they were all rolled up from air pressure. They shouldn't shatter when partially open.
