What happened, that it took 3 days, did you have a retarded tech workin on it...?
oh hell I got the reflash a long time ago, this was a bugger up actuator, then it had to get a door and then that was the wrong one and so one an so forth, I don't care, had a Durango for the time in after the first day.
The tierod part all okay no pulling etc. that drives me crazy since I am paraplegic and I need my steering straight can't be fighting bad steering with one hand.
I am not gonna complain since they are being proactive and calling before the recall even goes out, things like that and also never an issue. In fact I was getting it waxed, can't beat the deal these trucks are big wash and wax and clean interior 69 bucks. In and out 19, just outside 9 bucks. Awesome for winter. Well I was getting it waxed and the manager out there noticed my base turning white so he ordered one they are a dollar fifty and he told me to call him when they call me and he will grab it and install it.

Got mine Monday. While they were at it found out needed new wheel bearings. 31k miles. Thank goodness i had it checked and got them in under warranty. Now I have to decide if I want to spend the money to put new ones on @ 60k or trade in the truck. Guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Can someone let me know if they are doing an alignment with these and has any one had tires cupping because of tie rod issues.

They are supposed to do toe in and out only but some are getting the whole alignment free.
