You have a part number for your cover? Is it a 9.25 diff?

 

The part# is 12-9.25 for the mag- hytec. Got mine on ebay from chrysler of temecula for 157. But I was the only bidder

 

Nice price, I can't find it for under $250. Did it include new bolts or did you use the originals? Anything about the install that was tricky?

 

It comes with all the hardware and allen wrenches to check the fluid level and drain plug. This is a top notch piece. It never leaks and with the extra capacity and the aluminum finned cover the fluid stays cooler. It has an O ring seal so you dont need sealer or gaskets.Installation is easy once you remove one end of the track bar.

 

Thanks for the info. It's on my upgrade list for sure. I'll keep an eye out for a better price but you got a good deal. I just changed my oil so I'll have to pick one up before the next time. The oil wasn't too bad but there was a good amount of shavings. As it was the first change since new, I'll gauge the amount of wear better next change and throw one of those on to save the labour.
