torque convertor issue

Guys, I am facing a real problem with my RAM, and I really hope to hear feedback from someone to avoid a catastrophe
I wanted to change my front and rear axle ratios to 4:10.1, unfortunately the local dealer told me that my front axle can accommodate only 3:92.1, and the 4:10.1 could go easily @ the rear. They want me to place the order, and I am not sure if having different ratios is something reliable or advisable or not...
Can someone help before I go crazy

If you're dealer thinks you can run 3:92 in the front and 4:10 in the rear finda new dealer ... they're an idiot. Front and rear must e the same ratio.

wayslowwhitey is absolutley correct....!!!!!!!!!!
Front and rear HAVE to match ratio`s...!!!!!!!!!
Find another dealer lighting fast...!!!
