Default oil plug size/headlight bulbs

I am not having much luck with the search engine. I just got a 2011 Ram 1500 4x4 Big Horn hemi, what is the oil plug bolt size? Also, I have two low beam bulbs and two high beam bulbs, which ones do I need to switch to the brighter silver star ones? Thanks.

I don't know the bolt size off hand...but climb underneath and bring a few sockets.....

Go with HID's worth the $$$, silverstars are good not much of an improvement..try adjusting your headlights by five turns on the headlight adjuster under the hood. It'll make a big difference even w/ stock (crap) bulbs...

Ok thanks, turns out my oil plug is 1/2 inch. I am not sure where the headlight adjustment is under the hood but I'll look.

Know of anywhere I can order the HID bulbs? I have the four bulb setup, do I just change the lowbeam bulbs or the highbeam too? Do I need to remove the whole lens to change the bulbs? (I have been told by some you need to and others you don't)

Hey sorry about the delayed response! But the adjustment screw is on the side just forward of the wheel well under the hood and you'll see a hole w/ an arrow pointing towards it and there's a screw under there. (it's a torx bit screw T-20/25 if I remember together)

For HID's I am running a projectors w/ mine... but as of HID's I am using Retro-Solutions 55w 6k Bulbs in my high beams and in my fog lights. I have a thread w/ my headlights...I only changed my low beams and foglights to HID's... there is no need for highs w/ these puppies! If you check out my post below you'll see some night shots!
