Crank Torsion Bar or leveling kit?

I would definitely crank the torsion bar.
Before doing that though I would think you might have to retrofit your truck extensively as the current gen truck uses coil springs, and has no torsion bars...
Is it possible that the overzealous mods moved this to the 4th generation section without fully parsing it and realising you have an '01 and a typo? Or am I way off?

To my knowledge, 4th generation dodge 1500 trucks dont have torsion bars to crank up the suspension.
If you want it raised higher, take it back to the dealer, their kits work very well and they wont VOID your warranty.
You will have to have the alignment re-done as well if you raise the truck.

True that it won't void your whole warranty but the mopar part installed is not covered by any warranty at all. This was uncovered a while back by someone who read all the fine print. But most dealerships will work with you if they are the ones installing it on your vehicle. If all the OP wants to do is level his truck then he should look at the bilstein 5100 leveling shocks. Many people including me have used those and had no problems at all. Plus with the bilstein shocks you get 4 height choices for the lift from stock height to 2.1 inches.

Must be you owned a chevy or older dodge before you bought the 2011 ram.
