Mustang,
Chrysler will only send out a duplicate Monroney Label (window sticker) if requested by the original selling dealer via their Chrysler computer and only on vehicles from the current model year and two prior model years.
I was told recently that cameras are standard on anything that is a laramie and above. I'm looking at a new laramie cummins and I don't want the camera. But it comes standard...Maybe tho it comes standard if the radio is a 730 tho.
What I do know tho, is that sometimes dealers will swap options around from vehicle to vehicle. For example side steps, mirrors, chrome handles etc: Maybe at one point they pulled the camera off yours to put on another one and did not update the window sticker only the vin. I am pretty sure all the trucks come with the harnesses to the back, all the dealer would have to do is pull the camera and un-program the deck. Maybe thats what happened to you?

Nate,
Dealers do not have the ability to change the Munroney Labels on vehicles. While they could certainly swap dealer add-ons, changing out factory installed options would be able to be identified by the corporation via comparing the build sheet and the Monroney Label on file with a phone call to Chrysler Customer Service.
All,
I can tell you that errors on the Monroney Label, where items listed on the sticker are not one the vehicle, do not happen often and when they do it will be rectified in pretty quick order by the dealer or the corporation as stated in post #22 above. If anyone wants a build sheet they can PM me their VIN with the request. If you want a copy of your sticker that request has to be made through the original selling dealer of the vehicle as stated above.

Thanks. It had the backup camera on the build sheet however it was not on the sticker. The build sheet also said tinted windows and the dealer charged me extra for window tint as a dealer add. Thieves!
I had the exact same problem on my 2012 Laramie. Parkview back up camera was on the window sticker (Monroney) but not on the truck. My dealer made good on it and installed the camera and also had to install a new 730N radio as the 430N was not capable of showing the rear view images.
They said that if the plant runs out of an item during assembly they don't shut down the line, they just keep going and are supposed to send out a corrected Monroney to the dealer ASAP. That didn't happen for my truck, so the dealer is having to duke it out with Chrysler to recover their costs.
