Default 2010 Duals Bumper

I have a 2010 1500 Quad Cab ST. Ive been trying to find somewhere online where I can buy the dual exhaust bumper but haven't had any luck. Any suggestions?

www.factorymoparparts.com

it is $350.75+ shipping for the chrome bumper without parking sensors. that doesnt include the bumper pads. i assume you could swap them from the old bumper since the only difference is that it has the cutouts for the exhaust.

edit- just for the hell of it i checked the shipping and it is $18 for ground

I imagine the bumper itself isn't hard to swap out (6 bolts if I remember correctly, maybe 4) but how difficult is it to change over the tow hooks and bumper cover up as well?
