Sorry for the late reply I took the truck to the dealership had the service manager take a look at the tires and rims he went back inside for like 5 minutes came back out took the keys and had me follow him to the service area and suprised me with a free wash, wax and detail for free since all the problems since I bought the truck.

Not related to wheels but I've purchased several things from my local Dodge dealer and I've found the prices to be pretty cheap. Almost forgot I put ORE wheels on my truck and only had 1 of the center caps, asked the dealer how much for a set, there is a revision out on some of the old caps because the clips sucked and the cap would fall out, got a set of the new chromed center caps with the raised ram logo for $36.
