HELP, rams gone crazy, lights, gauges, wipers everything!
I had that same problem after I got the windows tinted on my 09 trx4.
Took it to the dealer under warranty, they ended up changing my nav unit?! Said there was a problem in the canbus or whatever. So it could be some sort of computer/radio problem. They replaced it, costing them $2200. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

So did that fix your problem?
Yeah, the "door module" was $70 at carquest, very easy to replace, my tint job is what caused it, I didn't hold the glass company accountable. The design of the door is sh*tty, the rubber molding on the bottom of the window has a little groove towards the front of the vehicle that acts as a little funnel right above that module. I knew it would be messy, they had to remove a light tint before they could put the darker tint on. I have taken every car i have ever owned to this tint place, and never had any trouble, except for this.
Hey, I'm new here, cut me a little slack if this has been covered. I was driving my truck around town, shut it off at the store, got back in and started it, it turned on and drives fine but all the lights in the instrument panel are on. The air bag, ABS, check engine, gas light, battery, well all that can light up at once are on. The windshield wipers are running with the switch in the off possition, windows won't roll down, no radio. The only thing that works is the heater. I checked all the fuses, looked under the dash for anything loose or unplugged, and I unhooked the battery for a couple minutes. Just looking for any suggestions on how to cure this.
What is this door module called? I have one thing after another come on in my 2010. Starts with tires, then backup sensors, then cycles through like 3 more. The thermostat for the outside temperature was even going nuts last night reading -15 when it was 40 degrees out. The wipers turn on for a few seconds every time an alert on the dash goes off and it drives me nut. Did it all spring and summer, stopped in the winter, and just started up again.
Any help?
Any help?
The module in the driver's door is, oddly enough, called the "Driver's Door Module (DDM)." And, to really blow your mind, the one in the passenger door is called the "Passenger Door Module." Some of the features that are misbehaving for you though are probably controlled / monitored by the Body Control Module (BCM). Before getting too worried about the various modules though, I'd suggest thoroughly testing out the condition of your battery and, especially if it is more than 3 years old, consider replacing it.

Battery reads fine on the dash. It is about 3 years old, though. A battery could cause it?
I have the exact same problem on a 2017 Power Wagon. Wanna know how I fix it? The first time it happened I shut the truck off and when I went to start it again....NO start... we opened the hood disconnected battery...no luck... called tow truck... as he was pulling in the parking lot we slammed the hood shut... everything worked normally, truck started off we went.. The problem only happens when it has snowed, sometimes when it rains and sometimes when you wash it. Dash goes nuts, gauges dead, all lights that can be on are on, wipers go and go and go...Took it to dealer... had 90 stored codes, couldn't duplicate problem.... of course....
fast forward about a year later, the problem has gotten worse. Every time it snows symptoms arise. Slamming hood was suspicious, we started checking what could the hood have to do with it. so when the problem occurred again we started messing with stuff in the engine compartment. start bangin on electrical systems.... as a joke i smacked the cap of the brake reservoir... TADA! So now every time it acts us i pop the hood, smack the cap.. sometimes have to jiggle the whole master cylinder and I can get the truck to start usually..... Its got an appointment next week at ram dealer, but like usual, the problem wont occur for them and there will be no fix......
moral of the story just smack or move around your break fluid reservoir... Isn't that the strangest damn thing????
