Something tells me you won't be happy with whatever vehicle you purchase. I do wish you good luck in your change.
I would be happy if chrysler would step up and admit they have issues with these trucks and FIX THEM, and fix it right the first time in a timely manner...!!! Dont get me wrong, i love the truck, its the warranty service you dont get is what i pizz`s me off. If it wern`t for such sh!ty warranty & dealership service, i would keep the truck. Its no good to me if its broke and they dont or wont take care of the problems when its under their warranty. You cant sit here an tell me that YOU`D be happy if you were in the same boat...would you...? I highly dought it. Anyhow, take care mike.

Are there bad dealers? Yep. Are there times when Chrysler is not going to be able to help the customer? Yes. But I would urge people to call us if they are not getting the level of service they think is right. I am on these forums to try and get useful information out to customers that they might not otherwise find.

Do you think it would be a step in the right direction if Chrysler paid people to work these forums and get information out?
I think that would be an EXCELLENT plan and I know of one Forum Admin who's been out of work since November who would do a kick a$$ job at it, LOL...
