Just found a picture with those ring spacers on another site, looks like i don't have them. Probably to make the truck more level they didn't install them but whatever i guess. Still wouldn't help the axle leaning back.

is it possible that the spacer bolted to your axle (whatever that is called) has a left and right version that are at angles to correct that alignment, and yours are installed on the wrong sides? or is it perfectly flat?

just looking at pictures and thinking of possibilities. I agree it looks like "spacers" are just washers used to lift back up to suit preferences.
